2 It is very important that both you and the client are clear on expectations for the mini-documentary.
3 Ask the client why they need a video and what they are expecting it will achieve.
4 As a producer of a mini-doc it is important to conduct sight surveys (where you will be shooting footage and interviews).
5 Conduct pre-interviews. Some people just might not fit the message or help tell the story in the way you are hoping for.
