Baby Stories Can Be Fun And Unique
Baby stories are fun to capture. I capture three aspects of a baby story. The first video is the ultrasound video where I capture an ultrasound visit. On the same day I interview the expected father and mother regarding what and how they feel about becoming parents for the first time or again. We also talk about the gender (that is if they know of the gender). You can see an ultrasound video here. The second video can showcase the reveal of the baby’s gender. Here is a sample of the reveal. Some people hit baseballs that explode with pink or blue powder. Depending on how fancy you want the reveal will depend on you and how you would like to decorate. Andrea and Chris, a couple I am capturing during their first pregnancy decorated and even bought baseball shirts with their last name on them. Chris had the month the baby is due and Andrea had the day the baby is due. You can be as creative as you want to be, and believe me the more creative you are the better the video will be. Also, during the interview, it is important to be yourself and talk freely about your pregnancy. Videos can only be as good as the people who are in them. For the third video of a baby story I focus on the baby when they are home within the first week from the hospital. I get shots of them in the crib as well as being held by their new mommy and daddy.
