So you have a camera and think you can shoot your own promotional video? You have dabbled with your camera before at family functions. It should be easy for you to create stunning imagery, great audio, and a story to convey your message. Plus, you will be saving money.
It is sad to say, but many people think this way. Just because they have a camera they think they can create a successful video for their business, event, or for their website. Wake up and smell the coffee…It will look and sound terrible if you think you can handle this job alone. Just because I have pots and pans and a stove does not make me think I can compete with chef Ramsay. I cook on a daily basis, but that does not make me a professional chef.
